ABC News interviews Professor Semsarian AM

Professor Christopher Semsarian AM, Head of the Agnes Ginges Centre for Molecular Cardiology at the Centenary Institute and a cardiologist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, has provided expert commentary on the ABC, on the role of genetics in heart disease and the growing significance of DNA analysis in court proceedings.

According to Professor Semsarian, advanced genetic analysis is a powerful tool for understanding sudden deaths in young people and is poised to play an even more important role in medical investigations overall.
